What it does
Combine several PDFs into one, pull pages out, drag pages into a new order, rotate them, and stamp text or an image (a signature, a watermark, a page number) anywhere on a page. Pages are shown as thumbnails so you are rearranging something you can see.
Why doing this locally matters
The documents people most often need to merge or redact are the ones they least want to upload: contracts, invoices, medical letters, identity documents. Every online PDF tool that is not local sends your file to a server you know nothing about. Here the file is read into memory in your own browser and never transmitted — you can confirm it with your network panel open.

- Can it remove a password from a PDF?
- It can open password-protected files if you supply the password, but it will not break encryption.
- Does stamping text actually redact it?
- No — and this is important. Drawing a black box over text hides it visually while the text stays in the file underneath. Real redaction requires removing the content, not covering it.
- Is there a file size limit?
- Only your device's memory. Very large scanned documents may be slow on a low-powered machine.
